NWF Chichester Triathlon a ‘resounding success’

Record numbers of competitors turned out to compete

Record numbers of competitors turned out to compete in the tenth Natures Way Foods Chichester Triathlon Series at the weekend (2-3 July), making it the largest ever to take place in the city.

More than 870 competitors took part in the two-day series. The milestone event attracted hundreds of spectators and included its first ever junior triathlon.

Youngsters took to the stage on Saturday before making way for the adults to battle it out on Sunday. Hundreds of spectators turned out in support of the event and were kept entertained with children’s activities and a variety of sports and healthy living stalls in the race village. NWF were giving away fresh fruit to help keep everyone refreshed.

I’m delighted to say that the tenth Chichester Triathlon was a resounding success and a great family event enjoyed by many.

Susan Barratt CEO of Natures Way Foods
