We've held Leaf Masterclasses in our business to showcase the journey from seed to fork. Drawing on our expertise from our green-fingered produce technical manager, NPD teams, chefs, customer technical managers and procurement teams, our masterclasses included discussions and workshops on growing, planting, harvesting and of course tasting - ensuring we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Our teams also took part in “The Leaf Challenge” creating their own mixes and gaining a deeper understanding about ingredients.

I thought it was a really good session, learning about how our salad goes from the field to consumer in great detail was so interesting! I can’t wait to get out to the fields in May
